We are thrilled to host Mamas Gun, a band that has redefined the landscape of British soul music. Led by the virtuosic Andy Platts, the five-piece quintet has spent over a decade perfecting a sound that sits comfortably between the classic songcraft of Bill Withers and the sophisticated pop-soul of Hall & Oates.

Coming off the massive success of their critically acclaimed album Cure The Jones, Mamas Gun are known for a live performance that is as technically flawless as it is emotionally resonant. And with new Album DIG! dropping in April you can be sure this will be a perfect mix of new music and firm favourites.

Newcastle’s own Smith & Liddle will be opening proceedings, fresh from their tour promoting debut album Songs from the Desert, premiered right here at PILGRIM!
